The building department has received all internal plan approval. Owners will submit the TDPUD utility connection application later, so Truckee town will be able to finalize the permit fee due. The county allows applicants to submit TDPUD before the next code cycle(2025). After they are paid, then the County will send owners permit documents to sign and return to them. Once the County receives them back, then the County will issue the permit. They typically allow for it to sit unpaid for about 6 months. The permit, once issued, is good for 2 years.
